This key resource for trainee primary teachers will help them to understand and fulfill the professional requirements set out by the Qualifying to Teach Professional Standards for QTS.
It focuses on a range of professional issues - including the management of pupils' work, behaviour management, pupils' individual needs and equal opportunities, and professional responsibilities outside teaching - and demonstrates how the Professional Standards relate to effective and successful teaching.
