Any business plan for 1992 must give thought to property needs in Europe, and although property legislation is not yet a part of the EC's legislative programme, this book aims to help businesses acquire a working knowledge of each property market, understand the forms of tenure, the implications of taxation, grant aid and different brokerage and conveyancing systems.;The "CBI Initiative 1992" aims to provide British business with information and advice on the most important aspects of the single European Market.
