Redesigning the Health Care Team - National Diabetes Education Program

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP) is jointly sponsored by the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, with the support of more than 200 partner organizations. The NDEP involves public and private partners in activities designed to improve treatment and outcomes for people with diabetes, promote early diagnosis, and ultimately prevent the onset of this serious and costly disease.
