Description

A tower defence game that crosses into real time strategy and comes from Puppygames (Droid Assault and Titan Attacks), Revenge of the Titans sees the PC owner defending the Earth against attack from the skies.

The gamer has to defend against thirty-ton monsters with glowing eyes and slavering jaws, with few resources aside from a range of defensive materiel. These include: blaster turrets, upgrades, tiny battledroids, barricades, mines, tangleweb. Not only is defence a must but so is resource management. Somehow - in fact by successfully defending mines from each wave of aliens - the gamer must mine that which he has defended in order to construct new and better weapons.

This also includes researching new technologies and better buildings used to fight off the growing threat of similarly more advanced aliens.

With a 50 level campaign mode that ranges across the Earth, Moon, Mars, Saturn and then Titan itself, the player has 29 buildings and 40 technologies that they must research and pay for before deploying to final victory. For those less inclined to the constant barrage of alien attacks there is also the Relaxing Endless game mode. For those who want even more action there's the Hectic Survival game mode with online hi-scores to contend with.
