Description

Triple bill of television comedy shows starring Rob Brydon. In 'Marion and Geoff: Series 1' Brydon plays taxi driver Keith Barrett, who, in a series of monologues delivered directly to a dashboard-mounted camera, gradually tells the whole story of how his wife Marion left him for her colleague, Geoff. In 'The Keith Barrett Show: Series 1' Brydon returns as the philosophical cab driver, who hosts a series of celebrity debates on what constitutes a successful relationship. Using his own personal (and not wholly successful) experiences, as well as that of his guests, as the basis for the discussion, and consulting sex expert and relationship counsellor Tracey Cox along the way, he offers his own unique brand of marriage guidance counselling to celebrity couples including daytime TV hosts Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan. In 'Human Remains: Series 1' Brydon stars alongside Julia Davis star in a collection of 'documentaries' looking at 6 very different couples with unconventional (or warped) lifestyles; such as the couple who run a B 'n' B that includes an S and M room, the God-botherers whose house overlooks a Satan-inspired garden and the musical (?) Bund family.
