Documentary profile of Ronnie Biggs, known for his role in the Great Train Robbery of 1963 and his subsequent escape from prison and time spent in exile in Brazil. Though Biggs was arrested in 1963 for his role in the robbery, he escaped from prison in 1965 and wouldn't serve time again until 2001. During the intervening years, largely spent in exile in South America, journalist Colin Mackenzie recorded interviews with Biggs that shed light on his reaction to the crime. The tapes, lost for a number of years, are included in the programme.
