Polish drama and debut feature from director Jan P. Matuszynski. The film follows Zdzislaw Beksinski (Andrzej Seweryn), a painter whose unique brand of dystopian surrealist paintings gain him notoriety as a contemporary artist. Living with his wife Zofia (Aleksandra Konieczna) and neurotic son Tomasz (Dawid Ogrodnik), Zdzislaw struggles to maintain control as Tomasz's violent outbursts and suicidal threats begin to worsen. Things start to look up when Tomasz becomes a radio presenter, but trouble is never far away as the battle to keep him from harming himself begins to take its toll on his despairing parents.
