Set in turn of the 20th century Japan, Devil Summoner puts you in the classy shoes of Raidou Kuzunoha the14th. He's a private investigator looking into a kidnapping. As it happens, things go a bit deeper than that. You'll be drawn into a world of demons and magic as you navigate the plot's twists and turns.

This outing of the popular Japanese series places the gameplay's emphasis more heavily on action. Elements of turn-based play are still present, but as well as juggling your spells and special attacks you'll need to have your trigger finger ready as you jump into combat with either sword or gun in hand.

One of the most appealing elements of the game is the ability to stun and capture demons as you face them. Once you've nabbed them, you can summon them back to fight alongside you at any point in the game. Nifty, eh?
