The Designs of Lew French Lew French is a master stonemason who gathers hundreds of individual stones, along with driftwood, to create a single fireplace, an outdoor stone wall, or even a one-of-a-kind wall sculpture. He doesn't chisel and shape the stones but rather finds the compatible shapes that fit together naturally. From a huge outdoor water feature at an office building near Boston, to a residential landscape on Chappaquiddick, to his own retreat home in the mountains of Brazil, each creation is breathtaking.
