Stories from Hog Haven - Lucy Campeanu

Ever wondered what our prickly little friends get up to? Wonder no more with these adorable tales about hedgehogs. Jayne helps to run a hedgehog rescue centre in North Manchester and writes stories based on the animals in her care. Some of the tales are the real life stories of her patients but others are made up around their personalities and characters. She hopes that reading about these wonderful animals will help to instill a love of them and the book also contains information about what to do if you find an injured hedgehog. There is so much we still do not know about these amazing animals but one thing we do absolutely know is that their numbers are decreasing and they need our help. All proceeds from the book will go to helping the injured and orphaned hogs in the rescue.
