Description

Documentary about the 1998 Round Britain and Ireland Yacht Race, a difficult and dangerous race that caused havoc amongst the fleet of 41 starters. Of the 15 multihulls, only seven completed the race. The rest were scattered around the British Isles - dismasted, hulls and rudders broken, rigging failures - as a result of the violent weather and gale force winds that beset the participants.
