Description

Documentary telling the story of artist and professor Steve Kurtz, who was detained on terrorist charges after medics who were in attendance at the scene of Kurtz's wife's sudden death became suspicious of his art and called in the FBI. Books, computers, manuscripts, the family cat and even his wife's body were impounded pending investigation. At the time of the film's release, the artist remained incarcerated and was still awaiting a trial date.
