Description

Street Skater 2 faces the perennial problem for any PSX Skateboarding game... the fact that Tony Hawk's Skateboarding is all but invincible. However, SS2 has some neat tricks up its sleeve. An excellent soundtrack, Powell Corporation endorsement and huge and interesting levels amongst them. The action is not quite as fast and furious as Tony Hawk's, but that isn't always a bad thing. The control method is very similar, and despite the slower feel of the gameplay, the tricks are just as spectacular. Street Skater 2 doesn't really do anything Tony Hawk's hasn't already done. But it does do the same old stuff with sufficient style and panache to make it well worth a look.
