Description

All the episodes from the Japanese anime series written by Natsuko Takahashi. The Divine Gate is a legendary place said to be where the living world, the heavens and the underworld can be merged and if an individual reaches the Gate they can alter the future as well as the past. The World Council exists to protect people from believing this claim and keep them from reaching the Gate and causing mayhem. Only exceptional individuals are invited to join the World Council and Aoto (voice of Soma Saito), a lonely teenage boy with a tragic past, refuses to join on a number of occasions until he finally succumbs to pressure from childhood friends Midori (Kanae Itou) and Akane (Tetsuya Kakihara). Along with their mystifying leader Arthur (Yuichi Nakamura), they attempt to reach the Gate and find out the truth about this mysterious portal.
