Description

Comedy triple-bill. 'Team America - World Police' (2004) is an outrageous satirical comedy from the creators of 'South Park', with an all-puppet cast. In the 'War on Terror' Team America is the United States' first line of defence, an elite unit of counter-terrorist operatives whose adventures take them all over the world - frequently destroying most of it as they go. When the team learn that evil Korean dictator Kim Jong-Il is planning to destroy the world, they recruit a Broadway star to go undercover in his hideout. On the way, the team manage to wipe out lots of real-estate as well as take on bleeding-heart, liberal Hollywood celebrities like Sean Penn and film-maker Michael Moore. In 'Beavis and Butt-Head Do America' (1996), repulsive adolescents Beavis and Butt-Head travel the length and breadth of America when their television is stolen. Along the way, in classic road-movie fashion, they spout their views on everything from women to politics. Finally, 'Jackass - The Movie' (2002) is the big screen outing for Johnny Knoxville and friends, featuring a variety of silly and dangerous stunts; including fun and games with golf carts, urine soaked snow cones and self-inflicted paper cuts. Series regulars Bam Margera, Steve-O, Dave England, Chris Pontius (alias Party Boy) and Jason Acuna (alias Wee Man) all make an appearance.
