This book is written for anyone studing administrative law who requires an authoritative yet concise and readable textbook. It is specifically directed at LLB and CPE students as well as those approaching the subject for the first time at undergraduate level, including non-law students studying in related fields. The book is practical in its appraoch and the authors concentrate on a full analysis of the core areas, while at the same time setting these within a strong contextual and thematic framework.
