Tribute to Bill Evans, the prolific jazz pianist. Evans continues to influence and inspire not only countless jazz players, but also pop and classical musicians, composers and all those who have been deeply touched by his work. The tribute consists of a concert given at the Brewhouse Theatre, England, in 1992. The play list for the concert: 'Blue in Green', 'Not the Last Waltz', 'Improvisation on Bass', 'Perri's Scope', 'Peace Piece', 'Improvisation on Piano', 'Orbit', 'Combination', 'Waltz for Debbie'. The band comprises: Kenny Wheeler - trumpet and flugel horn, Tony Oxley - drums, Gordon Beck - piano, Stan Sulzmann - saxophone, Dieter Ilg - bass.
