Description

Classic western drama bringing together the first three episodes of the television series and revealing the origins of the legendary Lone Ranger, played by Clayton Moore. When six Texas Rangers are dispatched to capture the notorious Butch Cavendish gang, they stumble into an ambush that leaves five of them dead and Captain Reid (Moore) seriously injured. Found and cared for by the Indian scout Tonto, Reid dons a mask to protect his identity and vows to uphold justice in the old west. With Tonto by his side, armed with silver bullets and with his faithful steed Silver, the Lone Ranger sets out to bring in the Cavendish gang or die in the attempt.
