Description

Three episodes from the fourth series of the classic British television drama, about the disreputable antiques dealer played by Ian McShane. In 'Dainty Dish' Lovejoy takes the team to Brighton to hunt down some antique china, and while there uncovers a scam involving hundreds of porcelain plates. 'Taking the Pledge' sees an old friend of Lovejoy's arrive begging for his help to recover a valuable painting from a pawnbroker. Finally, in 'Lovejoy Loses It' the antiques dealer is invited onto a television programme to demonstrate his sense for antiques, although when he later misses a valuable item in a house clearance, Lovejoy begins to fear that he's lost his touch.
