Lucy Wolfe is a paediatric sleep consultant and mum of four children. She is the head of Sleep Matters, where she has many years' experience and a proven track record in helping babies and children learn to sleep more soundly. She has completed extensive training, certification and continuous professional development with the Gentle Sleep Program (USA), with further studies in Child Sleep Consultancy, Postnatal Depression and Child Nutrition, accredited by the OCN (UK). She has specific training and certificationfor children aged four to fivemonths, with continued studies in Parent Mentoring and Relationship Studies (UCC). She is the formerEuropean Director of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants and a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants.
Lucy is a regular contributor to RT and TV3 television shows on the subject of sleep, as well as various radio shows and print and online publications including the Irish Independent, Mums and Tots, Maternity and Infant and Mummypages.ie.
