The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight - otherwise known as the BBMF or simply 'the Flight' - is based at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire. Its collection of five Spitfires, two Hurricanes, a Lancaster and a Dakota, performs at flying displays the length and breadth of Britain during the summer air shows.
