F rom a small beginning, the hospital has grown to its present size and equip ment. The number of pupils is steadily increasing. Today it is one of the largest and best known schools for nurses in the city and state. The school is accredited and recognized by the State Board of Nurse Examiners. It has enlarged its curriculum, elevated its standard, broadened its scope to meet each new demand for a more complete and well rounded education for nurses.

The hospital now has sixty-one private rooms, ten semi - private rooms, four small wards, and four large wards.
