Jack Ruskin is living the nightmare of every parent: His teenage daughter is the victim of a brutal attack by a sexual predator.As Jack tries to care for his daughter, his constant sorrow turns to hot-blooded rage when he finds out that her attacker had a long history of sexual crimes. But as with most sexual predators, once he was convicted and served his time in jail, he was put back on the street to wreak more harm on other innocent victims.
