The Goddess & The Bee - Jill Jenkins

Melita chafes against everything in her life--authority, expectations, long skirts, even the family curse. For a 17 year old servant girl in Ancient Greece, even once-in-a-lifetime opportunities come with limitations. Trained as a bodyguard and a warrior, she goes Delphi, the center of the known the world, but she's going as a lady's maid to a young princess.
