The albums included in this lavish book were chosen by a celebrity panel of 300 musicians and critics that included U2's The Edge, Britney Spears, Jackson Browne, Billy Joe of Green Day and Metallica's James Hetfield. The covers of each album - often works of art in their own right - are reproduced along with a review to explain why that album was selected. From Pet Sounds to Sgt. Pepper, from What's Going On to Highway 61 Revisited, all the greats are here. In addition, the book contains over 100 rare photos of the recording sessions where the music was created.
