Emma brings to this book, not only a number of years of clinical experience and evidence-based nutrition, but a wealth of knowledge about food and an excitement that goes with that understanding.
Her own personal research led her to see a gap in accessible information about how to manage and balance female hormones. This book helps to fill that gap for women of all ages.
"I am so excited to have written this female hormone balance cookbook. I am often asked for recipes in my clinic work. This is where the passion for improved health and change comes about, from a person's eating. It makes the difference."
Before qualifying and working as a nutritionist, Emma worked as a chef both in London and Sydney. She currently practices at Eatcetera Nutrition in Sydney, Australia.
Emma has a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Nutrition. She regularly attends ongoing professional education.
