References have been added to explain the historical context, translation of foreign phrases and definitions of uncommon words.

3. In our Notes, never express a personal opinion or an opinion that will prejudice the reader.[1]
4. If we replace a word with a modern alternative, we footnote the original word. Else if we feel changing the word would change the spirit of the sentence, then we footnote the definition.
