That they recommend the suspension of the first two sentences of Sec. 13, Chap. IV, of the Rules, and the adoption of the following Order, viz: Ordered, That a Committee of seven be appointed to make the annual examination of the Grammar Schools in both departments and that this Committee may divide itself into two or more sub-committees, as they may think most expedient.
