Set in the heart of rural Worcestershire in England, we meet ten year old Mike Douglas;a dreamer whose life outside the classroom is remarkably different! The airfield next-door is Mike's salvation; spending every spare moment hanging out with old Mr and Mrs.Mcevity who run the place; completely unaware of the amazing secret the two old crones are keeping hidden! The adventure which Mike craves soon finds him when the two share their secret with Mike, taking him on an epic journey through time where he meets people and animals from long ago.
