It is a time of violence and upheaval. After years of tyrannical rule that enforced clean living for the agood of society, a there has come a time of liberation, both politically and sexually. Injured by war, his faith destroyed by his family, Thomas Kerrigan finds himself in the heart of class war as his disintegrating life forces him deeper into the vice district.
