plus white. Stan takes the reader through 20 demonstration paintings and explains not just how to paint, but the thought process involved in doing so. The demonstrations are divided into two sections: those using watered-down gouache, to create watercolor-style paintings and those using thick gouache, in the style of oil paintings.
