Fifty case studies are presented in this book which proivdes the presentation, the resolution and the basic science related to each specific case. The accompanying video sequence allows the reader to hear and see the patient, providing the 'next–best–thing' to bedside teaching. Through the direct observation of the patient, information is retained more easily than through a traditional textbook format and gives a human interest to the case studies in a way that has never been done before.
