Description

Feature-length episode from the cult TV series. Nearly 1000 years ago in ancient China, at the time of the Sung dynasty, there was a cruel and corrupt government run by Governor Kao Chu. A group of 108 knights, outlaws and heroes who had been driven to live in the water margins of Liang Shan Po, far to the south of the capital city, fought for justice and an end to Kao's ruthless Government led by Swordsman Ling Chung. In this episode, the evil Kao Chu devises a martial arts tournament to lure the 108 knights out of their Marshland stronghold and into the combat arena, thinking that with their best men fighting in the tournament the band of outlaws will be weakened. The 108 heroes, however, have plenty of top fighters and martial allies to help thwart the evil Governor's plan.
