Description

Gangsta double. The documentary 'Welcome to Death Row' (2001) looks at the history of Suge Knight's notorious hip hop record label Death Row, the one-time home of Snoop Dogg, Tupac Shakur and Dr Dre. In the action feature 'Tha Eastsidaz' (2000), Killa Pop (Snoop Dogg) stars as a criminal kingpin who is looking to pull one final deal before he retires from the game. However, when his right-hand man Crackle (Tray Deee) sets him up with the cops, Killa Pop instead finds himself behind bars in a maximum-security prison. Dedicating himself to winning his revenge, Killa Pop then calls on the help of his loyal gangster ladies and his best friend Snap (Goldie Loc), and begins drawing up plans for his escape.
