Review of West Ham United's 2007/08 season. Unlike the previous season, which saw the Hammers battling against relegation up to the final day of the season, 2007/08 was a much more comfortable and uneventful one for the club. After a good start, the team eventually settled in tenth place where they remained from the start of 2008 until the end of the season. Highlights during the season included reaching the quarter finals of the League Cup, and the first team debuts of a number of promising youngsters, including Freddie Sears and James Tomkins. The review features coverage of all the Hammers' matches in the Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup, along with interviews with manager, Alan Curbishley, and the players.
