Description

Documentary following the burgeoning political and economic relationship between China and Africa. Directed by two brothers, Marc Francis and Nick Francis, the documentary takes as its starting point the historical summit in Beijing in 2006, where the Chinese government entertained over 50 African heads of state. Picking up the story on the ground, we follow Mr Li, a project manager for a large Chinese corporation, as he tries to make the practical realities of the national relationship work in Zambia.
