Wii Play: Motion follows on from the massively popular Wii Play, and also has a special red Wii Remote Plus controller to accompany it.

The Wii Remote Plus does not replace the Wii Remote controller but rather gives you an advanced version of it in the style of the Wii MotionPlus.

The game itself features the players own Mii that can be used in all the mini-games. There are 12 mini-games, each of which has multiple game modes to play. These include Treasure Twirl (the Wii Remote Plus is a winch used to collect deep-sea treasure); Cone Zone where the Wii Remote Plus is tilted to balance ice cream within a giant waffle cone.

While all the mini-games can be played in single player mode, there are also fun multi-player modes to choose where up to three other people can join in. These modes include Score Mode where up to four players take turns to skip stones through a series of rings by holding the Wii Remote Plus at the best angle to get the high score.

Also included is "Spooky Search", which uses the Wii Remote as well as its speakers to enable players to locate ghosts and save friends as everybody explores the richly displayed but spooky environments.
