Description

British football comedy. While their team face the prospect of relegation with another loss, football fanatics Wigsy and Cliff (Warren Brown and Greg McHugh) are sent into ecstasy when they score the potentially match-winning goal, only for it to be quickly disallowed by referee Anthony Greaves (Alistair Petrie). After the other team scores against them, Wigsy decides to take extreme measures and kidnaps the ref responsible for his pain. Will he ever let him free again?
