All eight episodes from the second series of the 1970s drama looking at life in the future year of 1990. Led by a corrupt government, Great Britain is in turmoil, with free speech and basic human rights completely abolished and replaced with strict laws on rationing, censorship and personal surveillance. In this series, journalist and rebel Jim Kyle (Edward Woodward) continues to test the establishment in order to get his message heard, but when he is arrested and questioned by Police Commissioner Richard Hallam (John Paul), Kyle suspects that Hallam is acting alone with his own motives for getting Kyle off the streets.
