Description

Following the victory of the RAF in the Battle of Britain, the German Air Force turn their attention to bombing British cities and civilians during the Blitz, which only ends when Germany declares war on Russia. Meanwhile a struggle for control continues to take place in the Mediterranean and North Africa, culminating in 1943 with Allied victory, and the surrender of over a quarter million German and Italian troops in Africa. The way is now open for an attack on Italy.
