Description

Double bill of action films. Directed by Rob Cohen, 'xXx' (2002) stars Vin Diesel as Xander Cage, an extreme sports enthusiast and stuntman who is approached by the National Security Agency to become their newest spy recruit. As Xander prepares to go on a mission to infiltrate a group of Russian terrorists known as Anarchy 99, he soon discovers plans to develop a deadly biological weapon intended for use against various cities across the globe. But Yelena (Asia Argento), the girlfriend of terrorist leader Yorgi (Marton Csokas), already has her suspicions about the US agent, and the growing tension between the two of them means that Xander's cover could be blown at any moment. 'xXx: State of the Union' (2005) is the sequel directed by Lee Tamahori and stars Ice Cube as Darius Stone. In Washington D.C., the centre of American power, an attack is being prepared on a target you would never expect. In the midst of intrique and a major power play, Stone discovers that the greatest threat to the United States comes from high within the US government itself.
