Sam Cutler managed the Rolling Stones at some of their major gigs in the late 1960s and has now decided it's time to put to rest the myths and legends that have grown up around an infamous event in rock history - the Stones concert in which a Hell's Angel was murdered in front of the stage while the band played on.
