1. To enter the competition you must be; (a) UK Resident only, (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

2. Competitions run by Entertainment Magpie Limited are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Entertainment Magpie Ltd. If you are an employee or member of an employee's immediate family you MAY NOT enter this competition.

Successful entrants must trade one or more Games titles from the wider games accepted list and send said games titles before 4^th November 2014. The wider 'games accepted' list can be found here: Call of Duty Competition

3. Multiple entries per person are permitted.

Prize Details are as follows: 1 lucky winner will receive a brand new PlayStation 4 games console and a copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare [Atlas Edition].

2 runners-up will win a copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on a platform of their choice (including PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC).

Entrants and winners accept and agree that no other prizes are available, nor will any other prizes be made available for this competition whatsoever. No alternative prizes are available to any winning entrants and no discussion of alternatives including cash alternatives shall be entered into by Entertainment Magpie limited whatsoever or howsoever such a request to do so arises.

All prizes are subject to availability.

4. The winner will be selected completely at random, after the closing date of the competition, and will be verified and confirmed as winners by Entertainment Magpie Limited at their sole discretion.

5. The closing date is 4^th November 2014, and Entertainment Magpie Limited reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time, without notice, other than to publish such an amendment to the closing date in these terms and conditions as an update to this page.

6. If you are a winner of the competition, Entertainment Magpie Limited will notify you by sending you an email to the email address that you have provided to Entertainment Magpie Limited when registering. Please respond to this email within 5 days of receiving it, or a new winner will be chosen.

7. Should you win the competition, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of your prize. This is an estimated time frame for delivery of the prize and is subject to availability at the time of the draw being made.

8. The prize is not transferable to another person.

9. By entering this competition you acknowledge that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Sony (Nasdaq "SNE") Corporation, Activision, or any related subsidiaries.

10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Entertainment Magpie Limited may require.
