Hits Radio Cash for Kids support disadvantaged and disabled children across the UK all year round by funding vital projects and individual needs.
In response to the impact of Coronavirus, Hits Radio Cash for Kids has launched an urgent appeal to help the families that need it most. Right now, those on low incomes who are living in or on the brink of poverty will really be feeling the pressure, and this will have an impact on their children. Did you know 30% of children in the UK are living in poverty? That’s over four million children. With the effects of COVID-19 this will only rise in the coming months and Hits Radio Cash for Kids are doing what they can to help.
The Cash for Kids Appeal will build a fund from which grants will help families with children cover basic essentials such as food and heating. Please support them if you can. A small act of kindness can make a huge difference to families in need.

The Eden Project is an educational charity that connects people with each other and the living world. Eden’s home in Cornwall is a striking contemporary space for the 21st century combining botanical garden, plant collection, park and visitor destination. The project opened on March 17, 2001, the brainchild of Co-founder Sir Tim Smit, and since then has attracted more than 22 million visitors and generated more than £2.2 billion for the regional economy. Over those two decades, ordinary people working together have transformed a disused clay mine into a paradise, blending extraordinary nature-inspired architecture with the two massive Biomes. One contains the largest rainforest in captivity, the other the Mediterranean regions of the world.

Everyday in the UK six young people will face a cancer diagnosis. Usually placed on a children's ward or with elderly patients, young cancer patients often feel isolated. We build specialist units in NHS hospitals to bridge this gap ensuring that cancer doesn't stop young people in their tracks.
