• Combine your online purchases to reduce postage and packaging. Approach it like you would a food shop; create a list of what you need and, if you can, buy it all in a single transaction. 

 

• Buy from local markets to get the exact quantity of food you need and avoid food wastage. It'll also help to reduce the amount of packaging you use.
