23.3 We would also recommend in the first instance checking out our FAQs which deal with a number of the common questions that we receive.
23.4 If you should for any reason have any complaints you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints correspondence will be dealt with via email or letter and we will acknowledge and respond to the initial complaint within two (2) Working Days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can appeal against this.
23.5 We will respond to all appeals within three (3) Working Days and issue our final response.
