Condition Specifications

Good:

• All parts of the device (including system software) are fully functional.
• Powers on and displays an image
• Charging and connecting to PC
• No major damage (i.e. water damage, chips or cracks to the screen or device)
• All buttons and ports work
• No more than light wear and tear
• All components are working (Speakers, Mic, Accelerometer, Wi-Fi etc.)

Poor:

• All parts of the device (including system software) are fully functional.
• Powers on and displays an image
• Charging and connecting to PC
• No major damage (i.e. water damage, chips or cracks to the screen or device)
• All buttons and ports work
• Heavy wear and tear, such as scuffs, dents and deep scratches
• All components are working (Speakers, Mic, Accelerometer, Wi-Fi etc.)

Faulty:

• Not fully functional (i.e parts not working or system software fails to load)
• Doesn’t power on or display an image
• Severe wear and tear and/or water damage
• Ports do not work and/or device not charging
• Touchscreen or buttons don’t work
• Battery doesn’t hold charge
• Software issues or rooted (‘jailbroken’)
