Smart Send Service T&Cs

Items not carried by our FREE Smart Send Service

You shall not require us or Royal Mail to carry – or cause to carry – anything that would be unlawful to carry or convey. We and Royal Mail ONLY carry Parcels that meet our Terms and Conditions, and contain items, products or goods accepted by musicMagpie that you sold to musicMagpie; this means you have successfully entered/scanned the barcode or name, make, model or IMEI number of the item using a musicMagpie valuation service, received an offer price, created a unique order containing these items and had it accepted by musicMagpie via email confirmation and been offered the use of our FREE Smart Send Service to send it.

Should you deliver goods that we do NOT accept for carriage in a Parcel to the Company or to Royal Mail – or cause us or Royal Mail to handle such goods – you will be liable for any and all loss or damage caused by, or in connection with, the goods, however arising, and shall indemnify the Company and Royal Mail against any and all penalties, claims, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever connected therewith. The goods may be destroyed or otherwise dealt with at the sole discretion of the Company or any other person in whose custody they may be at the relevant time.
